MELLYNETWORKS S.R.L. is the controller of the personal data on PrivateDate.

We keep the account details you give us: username, email, age, gender, country, photos, and messages. We use them to run the site, to show you to other members, and to send the mail you have not turned off.

Payments are taken by the card processor, UG Payments. We store the payment result (amount, plan, status), not your card number. The processor receives only what it needs to take the payment.

Staff can read a conversation when there is a report. We do not sell member lists.

The site is served over HTTPS. A member can open only their own account. Staff open an account only for a report or a payment.
